Access code and password management

Some of the services present on the site require entering an access code and a password. These access codes are confidential, personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for their management, conservation and the consequences of their use. You must take all the precautions necessary to protect and conserve them. IFGR can in no way be held responsible for any fraudulent use.

IFGR reserves the right to suspend access to the site in the case of fraudulent use of a user’s password or access code or in the case of attempted fraudulent use of a user’s password or access code. You will be informed if IFGR suspends access. The recordings made by the computer system of the Internet site during the user’s logins will provide the proof of all acts committed by the user on the site as well as the proof of processing of said acts.

Intellectual property

The entire site is subject to French law on copyright, trademarks and, more generally, intellectual property.

IFGR’s trademarks and logos (semi-figurative trademarks) featuring on the site are registered. Any reproduction or total or partial representation, alone or combined with other elements without prior authorisation given expressly by IFGR is strictly forbidden.

The general structure, software, texts, images, videos, sounds, knowhow, animations, and more generally all information and content featuring on the site, are the property of IFGR or are subject to rights of use or exploitation. These elements are subject to legislation protecting copyright. Any representation, modification, reproduction, alteration, either totally or partially, of all or part of the site and its content, by any procedure whatsoever, and on any media whatsoever shall be tantamount to forgery penalised by articles L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. The present conditions do not grant you any licence to use IFGR’s trademarks, logos or photographs.

The databases, if any, featuring on the site are protected by the provisions relating to the legal protection accorded to databases. By virtue of this, IFGR expressly forbids any reutilisation, reproduction or extraction of items from these databases. The user may be held responsible for any unauthorised reutilisation, reproduction or extraction of data. IFGR reserves the right to immediately delete without prior notice any content, message, text, image or graphic item that contravenes the laws and regulations in force and in particular the regulations stipulated above.

If you wish to use a content of the site (text, image, etc.), you must obtain prior express written authorisation from IFGR, by writing to the address given in the paragraph “general information” or by sending an email to the webmaster.

Utilisation of cookies

When you access this site, a “user session (Session ID) cookie” may be installed automatically and be conserved temporarily on your hard disc to help you browse on the site. The non-utilisation by one of the parties of a right or omission to take legal action with respect to the terms of these conditions cannot be considered to be a renouncement of such right or incapacity to take such action.
