Sustainable management of the Senegal Delta ecosystems

Mangroves, fragile ecosystems under threat, play a key role in biodiversity and climate. This project, led by Le Partenariat, aims to preserve them in the Senegal River delta, in the municipalities of Saint-Louis, Gandon, and Gandiole, by strengthening local governance and the inter-municipal approach to implementing actions to preserve and enhance mangrove areas. The goal is to ensure sustainable management of mangroves while supporting local development.
