The French Association for Soil Studies (AFES) organised a series of events from 30 November to 7 December on the occasion of the World Soil Day (JMS – WSD), an international event promoted by the FAO since 2013.
This year the theme of the event was “Soils in the water cycle”. Its aim is to share the state of scientific knowledge on the links between the functioning of soils and water resources, and to place territorial solutions to the fore.
