Sensitive and cultural atlas of the Mosson river

The aim of this initiative of Bipolar production is to highlight and encourage reflection on the Mosson watershed (and, more broadly, the Lez) through cultural and artistic activities.

3 objectives have been identified : to federate a community of players in order to make the river emerge as a player in the territory, a marker of the territory’s identity; to create a cultural project based on relationships and attachments to the river in order to initiate a process of identification, a sense of belonging and to inscribe citizen participation in water governance processes on a long-term basis.

The association has already initiated projects in this area, such as the creation of a fresco of the Lez, which has been appropriated by the Montpellier metropolis. The final deliverable is an Atlas of the river.
