IFGR joins the French Water Partnership

IFGR joined the NGO college of the French Partnership for Water (PFE), several weeks before the World Water Forum.

The PFE is an important forum for French public and private actors in water with international scope, and it currently counts a hundred members. Founded in 2007, this association works to make water a priority in sustainable development policies and encourages exchanges of knowhow between France and other countries, by promoting the French approach and expertise. It provides the secretariat of the French Committee of UNESCO’s international hydrological programme (UNESCO-IHP).

IFGR wants to contribute actively to the different workgroups to give a voice to rivers, in an integrated vision of water resources.
