The ambition of the Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 6 on water, commits us to think and act collectively to end persistent inequalities and environmental degradation. Population growth, urbanization, increased vulnerabilities, drought and flood risks related to climate change: in this context of global change, accelerate the implementation of the SDGs is needed.

The conference “Water at the heart of change” will gather high-level personalities as part of this day of reflection. The actors of the territories, whether they are citizens, managers, decision-makers, researchers or elected officials, will question our individual and collective capacities to join a dynamic of change. These questions will be based on “stories” from different territories. These exchanges will bring out levers to accelerate the implementation of Agenda 2030.
